I joined Marshall Financial Group (MFG) in 2015 because I believed in its potential, and I have valued playing a role in the firm’s growth over the years. One of my proudest accomplishments was in 2021, when I became a partner at the firm. In working with clients, my approach is to put myself in their shoes to understand how they feel about their finances, their long-term goals and appetite for risk. Ultimately, my job is to make my clients’ lives as easy as possible, so they never feel a need to worry about their investments or retirement plans – they know it’s all being handled.

I chose this career because I enjoy getting to work with people every day and help them meet their financial goals. I love that no two clients are the same – everyone has their unique circumstances, goals, and personalities. The best part has been getting to know clients and build lasting friendships. I also value the camaraderie in the office with my colleagues. We work extremely hard, but we have a whole lot of fun.

My biggest tip for clients
You can go a long way toward achieving financial success in retirement by having as little debt as possible by your target retirement date.

How I spend time outside of work
You’ll find me with my wife Lauren, our identical twin daughters Savanna and Sofia, and our Mini-goldendoodle named Barney. I also enjoy going to live sporting events and playing a round of golf.

Who inspires me
In addition to my family, I have always been fascinated by Steve Jobs and the ability he had to see things in a different way, which made him unlike anyone else from a creative standpoint, while also difficult to deal with sometimes.

Perfect Day
Wake up early and get exercise. Send the kids off to school, then go to the office and find out that Futures are WAY up. Spend the day meeting and speaking with clients. The Market closes WAY up, then go home to enjoy a nice quiet evening with my family

Little known fact about you
I am terribly afraid of heights even though I am forced to overcome it regularly because my family is more adventurous.
